How do I book a wash? +
Open the Tidii app, choose your wash, pick your car and where it's parked, and select a time that works for you. The whole thing takes under a minute — your technician comes to you fully equipped.
Which areas do you cover? +
Tidii currently operates across Dubai, and we're adding new areas regularly. The app shows availability for your exact location when you book.
How do I pay? +
Pay cash on the day, or by card securely in the app — whatever suits you. Prices are shown clearly before you confirm, with no surprises.
Can I reschedule or cancel? +
Yes. You can manage, reschedule or cancel your booking in the app up until your technician is on the way. Need a hand? Message us and we'll sort it.
Do I need to be there during the wash? +
No — as long as we can safely access your car at the location you set, you're free to carry on with your day. You'll get live updates and a notification when it's done.
How long does a wash take? +
Most washes take around 20–50 minutes depending on the service you choose. You'll see an estimated time when you book, and can track progress live.
What if I'm not happy with the wash? +
Your satisfaction matters. Rate your wash in the app and reach out to our team — we'll make it right.
Is my car safe with Tidii? +

How do I delete my account? +
You can permanently delete your account and personal data from your account settings in the app, or by request. See our account deletion page for the exact steps and what gets removed.
